Just wanted to let you know my mom passed away peacefully Monday evening about 8:30 pm with me holding one hand and her grandson hold the other. My son't best friend's grandmother passed away one week earlier. Thank you for pushing me to hospice when you did.
I just wanted to thank you for being my angel here on earth, you helped me through some really tough times, my words can not express how much I appreciate you, I would highly recommend you for any family going through this.

I believe the Lord sent you to help me find Andrea and Mercy Point Personal Care Home. It is truly the answer to my prayers. It is perfect! "Hi! - I ran into 'Joe' at corner and in sharing my day, he told me you moved your loved one back home.
I care for my 87 year old mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's. We moved her into a memory care community yesterday, from an assisted living, after 3 years.
So far, so good. She has a really nice suite that opens onto a courtyard. I thought the concept will give the illusion of freedom.
I worked with Jona, who is extraordinary at what she does. It was no easy task, to make a decision, as to who takes care of mom or dad; but she narrowed the landscape and made me 100% comfortable with my decision.
I shared my wish list and budget. She found me options that were in my budget, below and above. I wanted a one 1 level facility, she gave me all of those and a few more to choose from.
Her personal knowledge of each facility is priceless. Who runs it, what their background is... that kind of stuff. She also, knows, who's running specials.
I feel educated as to what is out there.
At any rate, there are some wonderful facilities near us."
